Returns & Exchanges

At Meine Website, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, we would like to inform you of the following:

1. No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are considered final, including those for standard products and especially for custom-made or personalized items.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom Orders
Pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. As our custom products are manufactured according to individual requirements, they are excluded from cancellation, return, and refund.

3. Exchanges Within 7 Days
We do, however, offer the possibility to exchange products within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and not a custom-made product.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to finding a fair solution.
